Abstract Submission

Guidelines for Abstract Submission – PAMIR 2026

Authors are invited to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations at PAMIR 2026 – International Conference on Fundamental and Applied MHD.
Please carefully follow the instructions below to ensure that your submission is considered.

General Rules

  • 📖 Language: All abstracts must be written and submitted in English.
  • 👤 Eligibility: Only the presenting author may submit an abstract, and they must complete their own registration to attend the conference.
  • 🗣 Presentation preference: The presenting author must indicate whether they prefer Oral or Poster presentation. The Scientific Committee, however, reserves the right to make the final decision on both the presentation type and the assignment of the abstract to the appropriate conference topic.

📝Abstract Preparation

  • Length: The abstract should not exceed two pages.
  • Format: Submissions must be in PDF format prepared using the official abstract template (available in both MS Word and PDF).
  • File naming: Please save your file according to the following convention:
    AUTHORLASTNAME_FirstName_TopicNumber_AbstractX_PAMIR2026
    Example: DOE_John_3_Abstract1_PAMIR2026.pdf
  • Topics: Authors must indicate a Topic number (see the Topics page). Abstracts without a topic selection will not be considered.

📩 Submission Procedure

  • All abstracts must be submitted exclusively through the online submission form (accessible via the Proceed to Submission button below).
  • The presenting author will automatically receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming that the submission has been received. If no confirmation is received, the submission has not been successfully completed.
  • Abstracts can be modified or resubmitted through the same form until the official submission deadline.
  • Abstracts sent by e-mail will not be considered.

  • Notification of acceptance/rejection: February 15, 2026

📕 Publication and Agreement

  • By submitting an abstract, the authors agree that:
    • The abstract will be published in the official PAMIR 2026 Abstract Book.
    • The presenting author will attend and present at PAMIR 2026.
