Important notice on social events
Participation in the social events, including the excursion and gala dinner, cannot be guaranteed for registrations completed after May 31, 2026. This deadline is required to finalize bus bookings and related organizational arrangements.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is registration mandatory to attend the conference?
Yes. All participants must register and pay the appropriate fee to attend the PAMIR 2026 conference.
What are the accepted payment methods?
You can pay the registration fee via Bank Transfer and Credit Card.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to pamir2026@eumhd.com no later than 1 June 2026. An administrative fee of €100 (plus bank transfer charges if applicable) will be deducted from the refund.
Can I register on-site at the conference venue?
On-site registration may be available, but we strongly encourage early online registration to secure your place and benefit from the full conference services.
Can I transfer my registration to another participant?
Yes. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague by notifying the organizing committee in advance.
